Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Custom lenses or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for a different style or size), please contact us. We’ll be happy to help if stock is available.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
